Also known as the Browncheek Barnacle Blenny, Acanthemblemaria crockeri is a carnivorous blenny that hides can be found in shallow reefs off of the western coast of the United States. It feeds on small crustaceans, such as mysis, brine and copepods, and requires crevices and holes to hide in. They rarely get over two inches, so they can make an ideal addition for a nano tank. They are a peaceful fish that will retreat into the rock work when threatened.
