We are looking for an experienced, energetic, friendly, flexible, customer service agent with knowledge of marine fish keeping, to join our team.  We sell live fish, coral, and inverts, live rock, and supplies to aquarists for home delivery. 

Please take a look at our brands and consider whether you think you would be an asset to our business and customer service team. 


Tasks for this position would include:

  • Helping customers navigate the website features, setting up their accounts, placing orders.
  • Walking customers thorough the guarantee process when necessary.
  • Answering general and advanced aquarium questions, such as compatibility and chemistry.
  • Processing guarantee claims, resolving order issues, and direct customer service interaction via phone, chat, email, and text. 
  • Communicating efficiently with our other customer service agents.

This is a "work from home" position and requires:

  • High speed internet
  • Use of a headset
  •  Quiet work area
  • The ability to focus
  • The ability to keep yourself on task
  • Must complete all duties as assigned

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week.  $11 per hour.  Nights and weekends are a must.  Applicants must reside in one of the following states. NC, FL, VA, MI, GA, OH, KS, CA, IL, NJ.

Zendesk experience is preferred but not required.
