The Neon Eviota Goby (Eviota atriventris) is a nano goby found among the reefs of the Indo-Pacific Ocean. They have a red or orange body with horizontal yellow stripes. They feed on a variety of small crustaceans, including zooplankton and copepods. The Neon Eviota hides among rocky outcroppings and corals, seeking shelter from predators, while also scavenging for food. They require a peaceful aquarium with fish of similar size and temperament. E. atriventris does well in stable reef environments with plenty of live rock and calm water flow.
