The White Cap Goby (Lotilia graciliosa) is a rare and beautiful centerpiece fish for nano aquariums. It can be found in various areas such as Fiji, the Marshall Islands, and Vanuatu. The goby reaches a maximum size of about 2 inches. It is a shy fish that may take time to adapt to aquarium life. Adding a pistol shrimp can help ease its transition and potentially establish a symbiotic relationship. They will eat a diet of copepods, articpods, reef roids, and baby brine shrimp. Having a well established tank is better for the white cap goby as it will often hunt on rocky structures for microorganisms. A minimum tank size of 10 gallons its required for them and they are completely reef safe but be wary of putting them in with big fish as they can be skittish.
