The Blue Line Angelfish, Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis, is commonly known as Bluebanded Angelfish, featuring a yellow to tan body with bright blue horizontal stripes and a yellow tail outlined in white. Like many large Angelfish, the coloration will change dramatically from the juvenile stage to the adult stage. They should be kept singly, as they will be aggressive toward other Angelfish.

The Blue Line Angelfish is not reef safe and will nip at stony and soft corals, clam mantles, and sessile invertebrates. Diet should include high quality frozen fish foods consisting of varied vegetables, spirulina, marine algae, mysis and brine shrimp, and high quality angelfish preparations containing spongiform products, 3 times daily.

A gorgeous healthy Blue Line Angelfish. Arrived quickly and adapted quickly. Likes to hang out with my Mimic Tang. I purchased three different species and everyone is doing well!

What a beautiful Fish! The images on the website do not do this marine life justice. The Blue Line Angelfish was hungry and ate right away.
