The Yellowtail Reef Basslet (Liopropoma mitratum) are ideal for smaller reef tanks. They have a solid pink body with yellow fins and a blue outline around their eyes. Are reserved, yet will fight back if provoked by a tank mate. They require a meaty diet consisting of crustaceans, usually mysis or brine. Enriching with vitamins will help enhance their colors. This fish requires clean water and will not thrive in high nitrates.
