Yellowbelly Damsel

Pomacentrus auriventris

(1 Reviews)

The Yellowbelly Damsel, Pomacentrus auriventris, is a great starter fish as it is easy to care for, hardy, and does not require any special care. Needing only  a ten gallons tank and regular feeding, the Yellowbelly Damsel will thrive.
Its name comes from the distinct yellow belly and its brilliant blue body. Though sometimes territorial in smaller tanks with other damsels, if in a large tank, the Yellowbelly Damsel will be peaceful with most fish. If pairing with other damsels, be sure to add them to your tank at the same time to curb aggressive behaviors.

Very pretty. Not the bully my two regular blue damsels are.
