<div>The Yellowfin Pygmy Angelfish, <i>Centropyge flavipectoralis</i>, also known as the as the Yellow Pygmy Angelfish, features beautiful blue body with characteristic yellow pectoral fins . As one of the smaller dwarf angels, it thrives in a small aquarium with plenty of live rock and crevices. The Yellowfin Pygmy Angelfish will grow up to 4 inches and should be kept in a tank no less than 50 gallons. It is not necessarily reef safe as it can nip at corals and sessile inverts. As a semi-aggressive Angel it should not be kept with gobies, flasher wrasses, firefish or other dwarf Angelfish. They will graze algae, eat Spirulina, or mysis or brine shrimp. </div><div>The Yellowfin Pygmy Angelfish is hardy and very easy to care for. Be careful if the Yellowfin Angel's color begins to fade or if they get bloated as they may be sick. This is rare, though.
