The Great Barracuda, Sphyraena barracuda, is often stereotyped as a fearsome open ocean predator and rarely seen as a potential aquarium fish. Though, yes, these fish do reach up to 76 inches, just over six feet, and have rows of serrated teeth, they can be kept, with success, in home aquariums. Obviously the Great Barracuda needs plenty of water - tanks should be no less than 1000 gallons. Further, given the Great Barracuda's size, it will need plenty of food, and often.

I own an aquarium but I needed a star for my aquarium I ordered this fish I thought to my self I don't know about this but I got it and it really is the star of my aquarium
