The Clown Goby - Green, Gobiodon histrio, has a pale green body with orange markings on the face and lines of dots along the length of the body. They are very peaceful and can be housed with other peaceful fish in a reef tank setting, but may become territorial towards other blennies, gobies or dartfish in smaller tanks.
Gobies tend to stay mainly towards the bottom of the tank, burrowing and sifting through the sand. Diet should include a variety of frozen or live mysis shrimp and vitamin enriched brine shrimp 1-2 times daily.
Really cool fish. Hangs out with my acropora all day. Coloration is amazing.
Cons: It still hasn't taken to my food and its been over two months. I don't know how it's surviving. Other people have had better luck with this fish.
Was shocked to see such a tiny creature, not even an inch long! It's been a week and he's hanging in there, literally, on the filter, the rock or anywhere else! Hard to find at times he's so small but is a cutie!
