The Red Psuedochromis, Pseudochromis sp., also known as the Red Spotted Dottyback, Red Spotted Psuedochromis or the Red Dottyback, is a beautifully patterned dottyback with scattered vibrant red speckles across its body. The Red Psuedochromis does best in a reef tank with plenty of live rock for it to swim around in and hide in. They should be housed with moderately aggressive fish that are larger than it to prevent it from becoming aggressive towards smaller fish and ornamental inverts. The Red Psuedochromis will take most carnivorous prepared aquarium foods including brine and mysis shrimp.
