This Jellyfish, Catostylus mosaicus, is a species of blubber fish that is mostly found in the coastal regions of the Indo-Pacific. Generally found in large swarms near the Australian coast, this Jelly features stinging cells that it uses to capture small crustaceans and planktons as prey. They are relatively difficult to keep in a home aquarium and require plenty of open swimming space, therefore it is advised that only expert aquarists attempt to care for them. However, they are incredibly beautiful organisms that can be a major statement piece inside a home aquarium.
