The Crown Leather Coral, Lobophytum sp., features characteristic small fingers that vaguely resemble the protrusions on a crown. They can easily be fragged and propagate into smaller colonies and are easy to care for in the aquarium environment. They will supplement from feedings of reef foods but do not require regular feedings. Be sure to leave room between the Crown Leather and other corals as their tentacles may extend.
