The Chalice Coral, Echinophyllia sp., is a beautiful multi-colored chalice coral that will look great in any home aquarium. The Chalice is slow growing, adaptable to different light levels, and can show both crusting and plating growths. The Chalie is best kept in a tank with moderate lighting, moderate waterflow, and best kept in the middle of the tank. It should also be kept at a distance from other corals allowing it room to spread its tentacles at night. They will definitely benefit from supplementary feedings of prepared aquarium foods including frozen brine and mysis shrimp.
