The Sailfin Snapper, Symphorichthys spilurus, is also known as the Threadfin Snapper, Bluelined Sea Bream, Hifin, or Blue Gold Striped Snapper.
In its juvenile stage, the Sailfin Snapper has a black stripe running laterally from eyes to the tail which disappears with age and is replaced by a series of lateral blue lines against its increasingly yellow body. The Sailfin Snapper is an extremely fast growing fish and prefers to hide most of the time as it is shy in nature.

I love this Sailfin Snapper: Juvenile! Pictures don’t compare to the live fish. The new addition improves my saltwater water aquarium. Everyone loves it.
