You can receive one of these species of Cerith Snails, Cortez or Cerith Snail Caribbean. These snails are a wonderful scavenger snail that will devour diatoms and algae in the home aquarium. They are best kept in tanks with plenty of live rock, a thick sand bed, and plenty of algae. As nocturnal feeders, the Cerith or Cortez Snail are one of the most popular snails for their algae-eating and sand-sifting ability. These snails are very hady and require almost no care and provide a nice benefit to any aquarium tank making them a no-risk addition.
