Kudos to the company! First attempt was a FAIL. Sadly, the BTA arrived deceased, which I don't think was the fault of the company, but rather, the external temperature and the fact that Fedex delivered late in the day. I followed SWF's protocol and they were great about taking care of me. I requested a replacement and the replacement arrived healthy and is living its best life in a QT with a Blue Fin Goby waiting out its time there.
