The Pink Belly Wrasse can reach up to a maximum size of 5 inches and should be kept in a tank of not less than 50 gallons. The tank should be furnished well with a sand bed of at least 3 inches, and a plethora of live rocks and corals. The temperature range of 75-82ø F and pH range of 8.1-8.4 forms the ideal water conditions for the Pink Belly Wrasse to thrive. It is not easily prone to parasitic infections and is quite compatible with other wrasse. It makes a good addition to fish-only as well as reef aquariums.
