The Banggai Cardinal is commonly referred to as the Longfin Cardinalfish, or Kaudern's Cardinal. The Banggai Cardinal has black stripes and white spots on the body, along with long, elegant fins. The Banggai Cardinal grows up to 3 inches and should be kept in a tank not less than 30 gallon. The Banggai Cardinal also requires a well-established tank with caves and crevices that offers places to hide or retreat or take refuge when required. Due to its aggressive behavior, we recommend you to keep it in large groups. The Banggai Cardinal is relatively easy to breed in captivity, and makes a good species for any tank. The Banggai Cardinal should be fed a well-balanced diet of meaty foods such as feeder shrimp, marine flesh, bloodworms, and depending on its size, live feeder fish. The Banggai Cardinal thrives well in a temperature range of 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit and pH of 8.1-8.4. The Banggai Cardinal grows up to 3 inches and needs to be kept in a tank not less than 30 gallons. The Banggai Cardinal is very easy to care and makes a good choice for any beginner aquarist. The Banggai Cardinal is semi-aggressive in nature and should not be kept with peaceful fishes. It needs a tank with caves and crevices that allows it to hide or take refuge, when required.
