Due to its territorial aggressiveness, if multiple Twospot Candy Hogfish are desired they should be introduced into the tank at the same time and plenty of space should be provided so they each can find their own niche. They will eat an omnivorous diet of live or frozen meaty foods as well as quality flake food. This fish is great for beginner aquarists as it is hardy and easy to care for.
