The Snake Polyp, Isaurus tuberculatus, feature long tubular bodies with light frilly tips. They are peaceful and make great additions to most established reef aquariums. They require moderate lighting, moderate waterflow, and should be placed away from members of its own species. They are primarily photosynthetic but will benefit from supplemental feedings of meaty foods such as brine or mysis shrimp. The Snake Polyp is a unique addition to most tanks and thrives well in established reef tanks.
