The Longfin Sleeper Goby mainly burrows in sand for safety, and therefore a thick sand bed is required to be added in your tank. It looks amazing how they take mouthfuls of sand and then spits them out all on the sand bed. Due to this action, you might see your stones and gravels lying at every corner of the tank. The Longfin Sleeper Goby is very good at jumping; therefore it is advised to keep them in a covered tank. More often it pairs up with shrimps to secure their burrow.. It should be fed with a variety of foods, including fresh and frozen Mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, and should be fed at least twice a day.
