The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse is commonly referred as Estuary Seahorse, which is a moderately sized specimen. It comes in a variety of colors of yellow, orange, brown, and black. The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse makes a great addition to any tank and captivates any onlooker. It accepts frozen Mysis shrimp as well as other vitamin enriched meaty foods that help it to sustain its color for long. The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse is best to keep it in a separate, species-only tank of 35 gallons. The tank should contain multiple branching decorations that they grab with its prehensile tails. The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse is a very slow eater and if maintained with other fish, it will never receive the proper amount of food. Though it is compatible with the pipefish, but in that case also the pipefish is a fast eater, so the aquarist should be imperative to supply them with ample food. The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse is quite hardy and is recommended not to house it with those that have been harvested from the wild. We also suggest you to keep the d‚cor of the aquarium in the same color as the color you want your seahorse to replicate. The USA Captive Bred Kuda Seahorse thrives well in a temperature range of 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit and pH of 8.0-8.4. Since it is peaceful, it is considered a reef safe species.
