The Masked Goby is a small goby that has a translucent body with red, orange, and/or white patterns on its sides. The Masked Goby is a great choice for nano aquariums, as its maximum size is between 1.5 and 2 inches. In the wild, the Masked Goby can be found in schools hovering over coral heads and caves. The Masked Goby can be kept in groups, and will readily spawn in captivity which makes it a great fish for aquarists interested in breeding fish. The Masked Goby will readily accept pellets and frozen food, although they do require smaller forms of these than the average fish.
