The Lyretail Jawfish originates in the Caribbean. It has a brown-ish body with light vertical stripes and a very dark head and fins. As with other jawfish and gobies, the Lyretail Jawfish is a known jumper therefore we recommend to keep a lid on the aquarium so it does not jump out. Their diet should consist of meaty variations. The Lyretail Jawfish is best kept singly, rather than multiple jawfish in an aquarium.
