It is moderate to keep a Golden Tiger Blenny if provided with the right environment and an adequate diet. The aquarium must have proper caves and hiding places, thereby the presence of live rocks and sandy substrates are indispensable in your fish tank. The Golden Tiger Blenny is a very peaceful fish and can be kept along with other tank inhabitants. The Golden Tiger Blenny loves to sift through the sand in search of food and with its pointed mouth it can easily catch the micro fauna. It can either be kept singly or in groups. The Golden Tiger Blenny can grow up to 5 inches and can flourish in temperature with range of 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit. It needs a minimum 20 gallon of water for its proper survival and growth. It is a great grazer and need to be fed multiple times in a day for its continued good health. The Golden Tiger Blenny may nip at clam mantles and small polyps of stony corals. If there is insufficient algae present in the aquarium, supplements must be provided to this species. The tank should also be incorporated with many caves and hiding spots, and with numerous hiding places should be provided wit retreat space. The Golden Tiger Blenny is considered a very good jumper and need to be kept in a sealed tank to avoid unnecessary accidents.
