Saltwaterfish.com ships Live Goods via FedEx Standard Overnight service on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday according to the preferred shipping dates
you select. We also offer Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight Shipping
at an additional cost. Sometimes it is not possible to ship for arrival on
your preferred day due to weather, livestock concerns, or exceeding our capacity
for that day. We will always make every effort to accommodate your requests.
You will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number when
your order has shipped.
Saltwaterfish.com has been shipping live saltwater fish and corals with FedEx
since 1999. We use high-priced bag clipping machines to ensure that the oxygenated
bags you receive retain the oxygen that was placed in them at time of shipping.
Each item is packed with its own requirements and specifications based on experience
from years of shipping live goods overnight. Each order is then placed inside
a thick styrofoam cooler that insulates the contents from any damage or extreme
temperatures. This secure box is then placed into a corrugated box that further
secures the safety of your new purchase.
Saltwaterfish.com ships year around at all temperature ranges. Destination
temperatures for each individual package are determined daily and Cool Packs
or Heat Packs are included when necessary. Saltwaterfish.com has been shipping
with FedEx during all temperature ranges since 1999, including to Alaska in
the dead of Winter and Arizona during the dog-days of Summer. The Saltwaterfish.com
15-Day Guarantee is valid for all temperatures, because we are confident that
outside temperature should not affect the items in your order.
The time your order will be delivered is up to the FedEx station in your
area. There is an option during checkout to have the package held at the FedEx
station if you are unable to be home for a delivery or need a specific delivery
time. If you choose this option please use the FedEx station as your delivery
address. You can pick up the package at your convenience anytime after 9am
at the FedEx station if you have chosen to have it held at the station.
Saltwaterfish.com only ships within the continental U.S and Alaska (Alaska
incurs an additional $25.00 FedEx fee). We do not ship internationally or to
Hawaii.
