How Do I Process a
Return If I Don’t Have a Camera?
If you don’t have a camera, you may return the animal to us
instead, but PLEASE follow these instructions carefully. Failure to do so may
result in the shipper refusing to deliver your item. We cannot be responsible
for any items that aren’t delivered to us.
- Within 15 days of purchase, place the item in a
zip lock bag & cover with a generous amount of table salt.
- Seal the bag tightly, and place it inside
another plastic bag.
- Place the bag in a tightly sealed padded
envelope and ship back to us.
We will process your return within 3 business days of
receipt of your package.
Failure to seal up the dead animals as described may prevent
delivery to us. We cannot issue refunds if your item does not arrive to us.
