| The Haitian Earthquake disaster has truly rocked the world. With untold devastation and countless lives lost, this event is an enormous tragedy. On a very small level, this earthquake can have an impact of the aquarium hobby. Many of the components of our (and other merchants) Reef Packages are sourced in Haiti.
The breakdown in transportation, communication and infrastructure may make it hard for us to source these components in the near future. That is just the smallest of inconveniences for us and the people that love the aquarium hobby. But for the people of Haiti, and for those that make their living collecting fish and marine life, we keep them in our thoughts and prayers.
We've all been touched, in one way or another, by this event. And as time passes, Haiti will fade from the headlines. But for the people that we work with, the people that collect our marine life and their families, we ask that you consider making a donation the relief agency of your choice.
